Energy has fascinated me for as long as I can remember! I love exploring how this affects, not only my own life, but other people's lives as well! I can't wait to share what I've learned (and continue to learn) with you so that we may grow and heal together.

As you've probably noticed by browsing my website, I love water — particularly the ocean. I'm a native Floridian and feel incredibly grateful to have been born in The Sunshine State!
